We are currently facing an issue with missing serial numbers in the data received from the VR-Qualys integration (Discovery Source: VR-Qualys). Upon investigation, we identified that the following CI classes are affected:
- Unclassed Hardware
- Incomplete IP Identified Device
These classes are not reporting serial numbers as expected.
