Hi All,
We are currently encountering multiple discovery errors that indicate a missing dependency, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the proper procedure for addressing these types of errors.
As per our previous experience, we had created a HI case with ServiceNow, where the team suggested a solution to hard code the region in the pattern manually. However, I have concerns regarding potential issues that may arise, especially if ServiceNow provides updates in the future.
Could anyone provide guidance or an alternate solution to follow the best approach to handle this situation? Your insights would be extremely helpful.
Here is the message error:- 2024-10-02 04:51:50: MISSING_DEPENDENCY:
In payload no relations defined for dependent class [cmdb_ci_disk_type] that matches any containment/hosting rules: [cmdb_ci_disk_type >> Hosted on >> cmdb_ci_logical_datacenter]. Add appropriate relations in payload for '{"className":"cmdb_ci_disk_type","values":{"valid_disk_size":"10GB-65536GB","short_description":"SSD Persistent Disk","discovery_source":"ServiceNow","default_disk_size_gb":"100","install_status":"1","name":"xy-abc@southamerica-north1","object_id":"southamerica-north1-a:pd-ssd","sys_class_name":"cmdb_ci_disk_type"},"internal_id":"69bc02fce18dqwe22fdaf04fc0822e4wvr412e","sys_object_source_info":{},"settings":{},"sys_ire_info":{},"display_values":{}}'
ServiceNow team provide two articles for our reference but unfortunately, both links are not working for me :-
