Need help Excluding CI's from CMDB Health Dashboard

Hello,

Need some guidance on how to exclude ci's from CMDB Health Dashboard. Ci's I need to exclude are file systems, ram, display, etc. These items are currently showing  in 'Cis Missing Required Attribute' report where the 'Support Group' is missing. But the field support group is not on the form itself. Screenshot below.

I did tried creating an exculsion but to no avail.

You can achieve this with CI Class Manager Health Inclusion Rules.

it's appears someone has set the field to required on the the CI table which is not got practice. It's best practice to use the CI Class manager, choose the class you want to ensure this field is complete on and set it as a recommended field. Do this only on the classes you want to track completeness on.
