Need help to create an AI Agent

I'm looking for some reference video/documentation related to AI Agent..

 

 If we are using AI Agent, then NOW ASSIST button will be visible at the right top of the page, so when we clicked on it.. a chatbox will open

 

"" when user searchs for something in natural language" it needs to relevant operation and bring the result..

 

Example:

Let's say if user types "Unable to access VPN", then it needs to check all tables like incidents, problems, change, knowledge articles... if those taasks are closed then solution for that problem(resoulution notes) and also sumamry based on all those articlles..

Thanks, my requirement is bit different...and I don't see any of those articles directing me to that ..

 

My requirement is... If I type some issue or something...it needs to check all the tables and find if there is any similar scenario existed..if exist and resolved..it needs to give that summary
