We have a situation where 2 Data Sources are bringing similar data that would work better if we consolidated them.
The CI Class in question is Virtual Machines:
[Data Sources]:
- Service Graph Connector for MS Intune: Is bringing SOME of the data attributes but Incorrectly classifies the CI as Windows Server
- ServiceNow Discovery: Brings MOST of the Data Attributes and Correctly classifies the CI as Virtual Machines.
My question is, what is the best method to consolidate these? Have you encountered something similar?
Thank You for your time!

@DevLeoric What ever the way data enters, both has to go through the IRE. In that case, compare the Identification entries for 'Windows Server' and 'Virtual Machine'. Usually, there will be two CI, with lower case and Upper case, one as Windows Server and another as Virtual machine. But they do have a relationship like 'virtualises:vituralised'.
This is expected as the Virtual machine on Intune might be with an Operating system of Windows Server.
