After the Australia update when we try to change a CI to retired, and it goes to pending retirement instead, does someone knows how to avoid this behavior?

Hi @Mid Developer ,
1.Often, CIs are tied to an asset. If the asset management process requires a transitional phase (like In Disposition), it will not allow the CI to completely Retire. Check the Life Cycle Stage Status on both the CI and the related Hardware Asset to ensure they align correctly.
2. Refer KB: KB0824647 After Updating the Status field of Asset to retired, Operational Status of CI not getting ...
3. verify rules in the CSDM Life Cycle Mappings table
