populate the data into CMDB tables

Hi all,
I have a urgent requirement to populate the data. These are the fields in the Incident form and requirement is to populate the data. Could you please guide me on how to populate the data into below CMDB tables.
1. cmdb_ci ( Configuration items
2. Service offering,
3. service
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

This data must be exported in your instance, and if that’s done, you can populate the data here. Alternatively, if you want to bring the data into these tables, you can use the import feature in ServiceNow.

This data in service, service offering and configuration is based on your company data foundation. Have you defined these data in your instance? To populate the data is simple - the cumbersome work is to ensure correct CMDB data foundation.
