Providing the pre-filtering of Configuration Item based on Company

I want the values of the Configruation Item to be selected from the Company field. I also want to be able to display all users' CIs if required (“All” functionality activated).

How can I provide this pre-filtering?

Unfortunately, my requirement is different.
I need to have the values from the Company field of the current record displayed.

Might it be too lengthy a document, but the purpose is the same, you need to add the company reference qualifier er. @Justin Hatfield already shared the syntax, give it a try and share the feedback.
