Providing the pre-filtering of Configuration Item based on Company

I want the values of the Configruation Item to be selected from the Company field. I also want to be able to display all users' CIs if required (“All” functionality activated).

How can I provide this pre-filtering?

why are you updating the task field directly with ref qualifier? It will impact every place where this field is used on extended table

Ideally you should use dictionary override for that for your Change Request table

There is already 1 dictionary override OOB, simply update as this
