Question on CMDB Data Manager Policy

Hi,

We have updated to the Tokyo recently and we wanted to start using the CMDB Data Manager.

However, when I we open the Data Manager, I can see the 3 Open Policy Task  .. Waiting for approval.

I am bit surprised as why it created this task, As I have not created any Policies.

 

The task was related to Dependent CI Deletion. So, I was wondering whether the CMDB Data Manager Policy run automatically?

Hi, As per OOB there is no existing configuration. I recommend to call 'versions' from the related list and check the entry when and who created?

It might be the scheduled jobs for data manager.

 

CMDB Data Manager Delete Related Entry Policy Processor 

CMDB Data Manager - Stale Task Cleaner 

CMDB Data Manager Retire Policy Processor 

CMDB Data Manager Archive/Delete Policy Processor
