What is the purpose of the field "Justification" on the MS SQL Server class?

Hello, simple question.

When I go to All -> Ci Class Manager -> Open Hierarchy -> Search for MS SQL Server -> Open its attributes there is a String field called "Justification".

I was wondering if anyone knows what the purpopse of this field is.

Thanks!

@Moderator can you move this topic to the appropiate board? I wasn't sure which board to pick so I chose CMDB forum

@NiekJ  As per my understanding, The 'Justification' field in the CMDB Class Manager is an out-of-the-box attribute, but it has no pre-defined purpose and is not used by any standard ServiceNow functionality. It is a legacy string field included with the cmdb_ci base table that is available for customers to use for their own purposes.

It is up to the org how they want to use this attribute.
