My understanding is windows and Mac devices can have the same software running in them, then, how to define the reconciliation rule on the software which are getting created from SCCM and JAMF.
I mean, how we can say software details getting fetched from a specific source is more accurate and should be prioritized and allowed to update the ServiceNow CMDB using reconciliation?
