Report of tickets left open at the end of each for the past year

Is there a way to get a report from ServiceNow on the number of Helpdesk tickets left open each day for the last 12 months? To clarify, this is not the number of tickets created each day. It is the number of tickets still open after each day.

no straight forward way exist for this

You will have to handle this with a custom solution

Hi @mandibergenfeld Not now. You must run this query on January 1st to get the number. It’s not directly feasible otherwise, unless you have metrics already running; then it might still be possible, otherwise not.

If i had created a daily report of all Open Tickets and it is exported to Excel

Is there a way to total each and combine for total?

I don't want to perform this manually
