Hi
We have a requirement to pull in 3 reports for Completeness, Correctness and Compliance from CMDB workspace in an Inline Dashboard. However, I have tried looking into the dashboard, that's an custom report created using UI Builder. The OOB reports which are there in the instance ( Completeness %) shows up data for daily. I want the data for an overall calculation of Completeness, Correctness and Compliance for the instance.
Is there a way we can achieve this requirement.

Hi Sayan,
We have re-implemented Overall calculation in CMDB Workspace v7.4. You will be able to view the calculations for Overall, Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance using the legacy methods as well.
You can view a demonstration of the Overall score in the screenshot on our docs page here: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manag...
The first screenshot is outdated, so I will work with our documentation team to swap it out for a new screenshot.
Let me know if this solution works for you, otherwise I can walk you through how to calculate the Overall score yourself for your own reporting purposes.

Hello Cindy Trieu , I would love to see how the overall score will look like with Yokahoma release. I guess that CMDB Workspace v7.4. is part of Yokahoma release. Is it possible to provide a screenshot here until your colleagues update the document in the given link? I will really appreciate it. Thank you

Hello again, sorry I just noticed the overall result in the second screenshot, but it's very small 🙂 .

Hi ninakovache,
Glad you found it. Don't apologize! Sorry I have been busy. Yes it is fairly small, would you like to provide some feedback to our team? I will write it down and discuss it with my team for you.
