Hi All,
We have a total of more than one million CIs in cmdb_ci table but in CMDB Workspace the total count shows as 4 million. I checked the indicator and it seems that it puuls all the CIs processed by IRE. Am I missing anything?
Thanks,
Vennila

This is because as some health inclusion rule running for different child class for correctness KPI hence due to that CI count is not matching, Please cross check once and you are able to find the same.
After that run the Health rule scheduled job to get the correct Count.

Hi Venilla,
Which metric are you looking at in CMDB Workspace? Is that the 'Total CI' value on the workspace home page, or are you looking at the CMDB 360 tab?
It sounds odd if your CMDB_CI table shows around 1 million rows and Workspace is reporting 4 million. For me, that might make sense if you are looking at "Total CMDB 360" records in the CMDB 360 tab, as you will see a row for each discovery source, for each CI, and the cmdb_multisource_cmdb table might not cleanup the same way as the CIs themselves.
If the "Total CIs" value in the workspace homepage is significantly more than the actual number of CI records that you have, then that is odd. Are you looking the total rows on the cmdb_ci.list?
