SCCM serail number is not getting mapped to Servicenow CMDB

Hi Folks,

We are having an issue with serial number coming from SCCM. The data for CI is coming from SCCM and stored in sn_sccm_integrate_sccm_2019_computer_id_list table. The serial number is also coming from SCCM and stored in the stagging table(sn_sccm_integrate_sccm_2019_computer_id_list). We have many records where the Biosserial number, chasis serial number, system serial number. UUID serial number and baseboard serial number are coming from sccm for a specific ci but it is not getting mapped to Cmdb table. The record got inserted with the Ci but serial number field is empty even the data is available in stagging table.

If you see the above example, the data is available for serial number field but still the serial number in cmdb table is showing empty.

Anyone has any idea?
