We have a Playbook triggered on Task(created from record producer).
This will be the first task visible to agent in csm workspace as the 1st activity.
From 2nd activity, the custom activity definition will call the subflow and create another Tasks by using the Record Producer action in a subflow and mapped as Associated Records for Playbook activities.
When users open these subsequent Freight Tasks directly from Configurable Workspace (My List/Search), the Playbook starts from the initial activity/doesn't show the playbook tab instead of resuming the existing execution.
Is there an out-of-the-box mechanism to associate child records with an existing Playbook execution so that Workspace resumes the current activity?
