Service graph connector changing SQL statement

Hi,

I am in the middle of deploying the Service Graph connector for SCCM and have realized that whenever I change the SQL statement in the Computer Identity and import, somehow the system puts back the Out of the Box SQL statement, why is that? and How to stop it?
