Hi,
While we try to get the Service Graph connector plugin to install in the personal developer instance, its asking for a valid ServiceNow ID. Is there a way to try to use the plugin without the ServiceNow id?
Regards,
Vinitha

Hi @Vinitha R,
you can not install the Lansweeper service graph connector without below pre-req.
Requirements
ServiceNow System Requirements
- System Import Sets 1.0.0
- ITOM Licensing 1.0.0
- IntegrationHub ETL 1.5.0
- Robust Transform Engine 1.0.0
- Configuration Management (CMDB) 1.1
- ITOM Discovery License 1.0.0
- Integration Commons for CMDB 2.4.1
Please check if these are available then you can only install, also otherwise you required a Valid ServiceNow portal access to do that.

Hi @Vinitha R
I don't believe you can install store apps on a personal developer instance. As such the Lansweeper app won't be visible to you.
We (Lansweeper) would need to make it available to you and unfortunately we are limited to giving visibility to 2 instances - which we need for our own dev/test purposes.
Is there a reason you can't install on a non prod instance to review?
Is there information you require?
Cheers Iain
