Service Graph Connector for VMware Workspace ONE UEM is not fetching IMEI

Hi Guys,
I'm encountering an issue with iPhone mobile devices discovered via the Service Graph Connector for VMware Workspace ONE UEM. Even though the IMEI is present in Workspace ONE, ServiceNow is not fetching it. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this or which areas I should check? Thanks in advance!
