Service Graph Connector for VMware Workspace One

Having an odd issue with the service graph connector for VMware workspace one. After initially setting up the service graph connector, I was able to execute the scheduled import job successfully and pull in the data needed. A few weeks later I started receiving the following error messages and I checked the script include but wanted to get someone to confirm for me if this is a connectivity issue or something else? Any help is appreciated!

It's not guaranteed to be a connection issue, but everything posted leads me to believe it is.  You can go to flow designer and open the actions in the flow actions to test and get better debugging information.  I believe the first action called is get_devices_action.  Once you have the action open there is a test button you can click where you can specify the parameters to run the test.

After the test is complete, you can view the execution details to get more information as to what is going wrong.

This is a connection issue. Please follow below article to debug the issues:

Thank you for the answers!!

That ended up revealing what I needed to do. In this case the two of the three MID servers has unresolved issues.

And the data source was set to all MID servers, so I changed it to specific MID Server with the correct capabilities, supported application settings, ran it again and it was successful.
