ServiceNow to DCTrack Integration Using Universal Connector

Hello All,

Subject: Need Help in Configuring ServiceNow to DCTrack Integration Using Universal Connector.

 

Am doing a Integration with DCTrack to ServieNow using the Universal Connector, so if anyone has done this using the Universal connector please help in configuration.

As this connector allow the Integration in one way i.e. from ServiceNow --> DCTrack , so any asset created in cmdb_ci tables will be sync to DCtrack with all the attributes like Chassis, Rack and u_data etc... 

I have the xml for the universal connector which is provided by the DCTrack team but need to check before I configure.

Please let me know if any has faced any challenges while implementing this Integration using 'Universal Connector'
