Setup multiple MS SCCM instances using Service Graph connector for Microsoft SCCM (3.3.0)

Hi Community experts,

I am setting up multiple MS SCCM instances integration using Service Graph connector as per document: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manage...

At the same time, I have also include a single custom SQL Statement to fetch an additional field from SCCM Computer Identity.

Since this approach is using Robust Transform Engine (RTE), other than following the guided setup, are there any other settings that I need to be aware of.

1. For the record CMDB Integration Studio Application Data Source, do I need to duplicate it for each data source that I have based on the quantity of SCCM Instance? The linkage here is confusing - The Data Source is linked to the Robust Transformer associating with a Transformer Definition that is having a different data source in the record itself?

2. If duplication is required, what about the list of records in the Related List of this CMDB Integration Studio Application Data Source record? Do I need to duplicate one by one or is there a better way of doing this?

3.  Also, on the Related List itself since I am having a custom SQL Statement to fetch an additional column, which Related list do I add that column into?

If anyone has any extra documentation or knowledge base on setting for multiple SCCM instances, appreciate if you can share with me. Thank you for reading!

Hi,

We are faced with the same challenges.  Were you able to find a solution to this aside from duplicating Robust Transform and different import tables for each datasource?

We have 7 different SCCM instances setup which are using the OOB "Prime Datasources" and import tables, but trying to modify the Robust Transformers using IH-ETL is giving errors since no data pulled from OOB datasources and can't change the data source on since it is tied to same import table.

Setting up multiple MS SCCM instances integration using the Service Graph connector sounds like a complex task. When it comes to the CMDB Integration Studio Application Data Source, you may indeed need to duplicate it for each data source corresponding to your SCCM instances. The linkage and configuration can get a bit tricky, especially when dealing with multiple instances. For more detailed guidance and insights on this setup, you might find it helpful to visit learnmesccm.com. They often have valuable resources and tips for working with SCCM instances and integrations. If you have specific questions or need further assistance with your setup, feel free to ask here or on the ServiceNow community forums.

Resurrecting this thread - was a solution found for this issue?

The RTE record cannot be duplicated as you can only have one record associated with the import set, and there is nothing within the IRE payload from an entity operation perspective which can identify the original data source
