SG-Defender lack of serial number thru MS API

Hi, 
I have SG-Defender for endpoints and it's quite strange for me that this connector does not provide serial number of CI has any one of you faced this as an issue?

Hey,

 

this is a limitation on the MS Defender side. According to the official documentation, the machine API from defender does not expose the serialnumber (if it would have it): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-endpoint/api/machine

 

This is also reflected in the service graph connector documentation: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/servicenow-platform/service-graph-connectors/sgc-cmdb-msdefender-c...

 

In short: Defender as a datasource seems to not provide the serial number.
