Can we attach the SLA with the Service Request? how it will work?

It work in same manner as work for incident but prefer to add SLA on SCTask not on RITM or REQ.
bcz RITM / REQ has due date which work like SLA.

Hi,
Please navigate to sla definitions and choose the table where sla should be defined. Normally request will not have sla associated as one request can have multiple requested items associated. That being said, one option is to create sla/ola against requested item.
