I hope this is the correct area to ask this question.
The company I work for has Snow License Manager (part of Flexera Group) and we have ServiceNow . We use the Snow connector to feed our ServiceNow CMDB with Asset and Software data.
The CMDB part of the connector seems to feed the CMDB fine. Yet the Catalog part of the connecto seems to process without errors but we do not see any files sent into the ServiceNow.
The Catalog part worked fine until about 1 month ago and now files stop appearing in the transforms history view of ServiceNow
Has anyone experienced this before and have a solution ? , the connector works without effors, yet no data is appearing in the CMDB.
