I got this task result that prevents me from validating the task.
Did you correctly import 6 CloudDimensions (CD) servers?
I have searched the community search to see if I can try something different but mainly the Field Maps Related List does not seem to be seen at the right timing. Whenever I save the record, and remain on the form at first it showed up. However when I tried to do it from the very beginning it flickered and did not show up. I must have done something wrong.
I wonder if there is way I can start this module SNPI - Import CMDB Data from scratch. If I repeat it it said the lable name exists so needs to save it differently and even when I tried it no luck.
This is more difficult than previous task and I would need your help on this.

@Vijaya_Mnpram I have tried to follow the each steps from the guideline but was not aware of the fact I ended up cleaning at each steps.
Thanks for providing a Youtube video on how to import data. I will go through it and compare it with the guideline and find out what I have done wrong.
Ok I see. I hope to complete this task soon so that I can finally complete the ServiceNow Platform Implementation Instance.

@Vijaya_Mnpram,
Are you suggesting I can terminate my instance and click ok to claim a new one to start from the beginning?
SNPI-Import CMDB Data is the only module I need to finish to complete ServiceNow Platform Implementation.
I may sound I am paranoid but according to the captured screen, just want to ensure this is the right way to claim a new one just for this module.

@jihyungkim Yes. You can terminate and wait for 15min to 'Request an Instance' to appear on your training.
This way you get your new instance and strat working on it.

@Vijaya_Mnpram Ok I see. That way I can start new instance for SNPI-Import CMDB Data module only. I was concerned if it would impact on every instance I have completed so far since I was not sure if previous instance have been saved.
I will try a new instance and see if I can validate it at the end.

I had the same error. You just need to manually create the servers listed in the "CMDBDataImport" file.
Go to the cmdb_ci_server table and create the following servers:
Zebrashark
Duskyshark
Coralshark
Blacknoseshark
Milkshark
Bullshark
By the way, it wasn't your fault, it was an error in the task itself.
