(SolarWinds and ServiceNow). CI not populating in CMDB from the Staging table

There is SolarWinds Integration with ServiceNow which has been working perfect for a while. Just noticed that there are some CIs that made it to Staging table from SolarWinds but are not populating in the snow CMDB. What could be the issue?.

All data will flow through the RTE and IRE.  You can install the IntegrationHub ETL store application and create a new import set with just those records (using insert and stay and then reassigning the import set reference to a new import set).  From there the IntegrationHub ETL should be able help you debug.  It could be that those records don't have enough information to create an IRE payload or pass the IRE identification rules.
