Solarwinds integration with servicenow

I'm getting an error in solarwinds says that error querying the instance or instance not properly configured message when I try to trigger an action for creating servicenow incident. Test connection is successful. any comments would be much appreciated.

Just a have look at the integration account whether it is a having a proper permission.

@KARTHIGA J , this likely happens due to failed connection between two instances. Did you check the authentication if the user has proper rights in Servicenow to create an instance ?
