I've installed and configured the SolarWinds SGC and am currently ingesting data daily into our instance.
One thing I've noticed is that I'm not pulling in any of our VOIP Phones or Printers that we have on the network.
I've reviewed the import sets and it doesn't look like the data is there, unless I'm looking at the wrong import sets - assumed these would both fall into Hardware.
I guess I have a couple questions:
1. Are these assets which the SolarWinds SGC should/can ingest into ServiceNow?
2. Am I looking at the wrong import sets or wrong table in ServiceNow?
3. Is this something that needs further configuring within SolarWinds?

Hello @MBarrott
Even I configured solarwinds integration in my instance previous month.
And refer the below screenshots of the list of devices we got. I also needed to customize the OOB Device Type field to reflect some from solarwinds exact data.
1)Access Point
2)Access Switch
3)Core Switch
4)Distribution switch
5)ENX connection
6)Firewall
7)Guest Firewall
8)iNet Switch
9)ISE Server
10)Load Balancer
11)Location Firewall
12)Printer
13)Production Line Switch
14)Router
15)Serial Switch
16)Server
17)Server switch
18)Voice
19)Wifi
20)WLC
So you should go to import sets from Solarwinds Hardware Data source and check the data that is exactly coming from their end. May be there is an issue after transformation in system.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Hi @Shivalika
Not seeing any screenshots in your post. Reviewing the Hardware import sets isn't showing VOIP Phones or Printers from what I'm seeing.

Hello @MBarrott
Please refer the attached screenshots -
And these import sets are from Hardware Data source in Solarwinds. So you first try to filter in this way. And if this doesn't works you can check the below Data Stream.
