Hi I have done everything to create the audit, and certification and certification template except for not able to delete all other audits as delete is greyed out. any help and recommendation to complete this task.

It is important to "deactivate" it. Never deleting it.
Please change the 'active' field to false.
And I remember that when I tried it before, the 'active' field did not show up in the list.
In that case, please personalise the list (using the gear icon) to display the 'active' field, and then filter it.
