Hello, I am trying to perform task 14 of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals and in this task it solciitates that: REQUIRER:

Being part of the Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementation team, you have the task to perform the following:

- From CI Class Manager, for the Windows Server class, create a dynamic reconciliation rule for the RAM attribute using a Largest Value rule type.

I'm not getting the options to create reconcillation rule (i.e) I'm not getting static reconcillation and dynamic reconcillation options, It directly takes me to the page attached for your reference. Please help.

Hello Raji,
Click on Add, you will get both static and dynamic reconcilation rule.
