Hello, I am trying to perform task 14 of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals and in this task it solciitates that: REQUIRER:

Being part of the Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementation team, you have the task to perform the following:

- From CI Class Manager, for the Windows Server class, create a dynamic reconciliation rule for the RAM attribute using a Largest Value rule type.

could you help me how to configure it ? Thanks

Hi @Michelle11 

he Dynamic Reconciliation Rule option is only available after the Multisource CMDB is enabled. 

 Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
- Search for and install the ITOM Discovery License plugin.

Configure the System Property:
- Navigate to System Properties > All Properties.
- Set glide.identification_engine.multisource_enabled to true.

 

I have ensured that the 360 is enabled and the menu is still not showing RAM as an option to pass task 14
