Task 14: Create Dynamic Reconciliation

Hello,

I am trying to solve the task 14 of Configure the CMDB Micro-Certification Simulator (Yokohama) (Course) but i am not able to get the dynamic reconciliation rule options in the CI class manager.

The Dynamic Reconciliation Rule option is only available after the Multisource CMDB is enabled
Please ensure that glide.identification_engine.multisource_enabled is to YES

Hi @vishakhashisode 

1. Activate the ITOM Discovery License (com.snc.itom.discovery.license) plugin.

2. Navigate to All > Configuration > CMDB 360 Properties.

Ensure that glide.identification_engine.multisource_enabled is to YES
