When you added the credential, did you do the "Test Credential" against the IP?
YOU WILL NEED WORKING WINDOWS CREDENTIALS FOR THIS TASK, MAKE SURE YOU WINDOWS CREDENTIALS ARE WORKING AGAINST 192.168.16.11 AND THEY ARE VERIFYING SUCCESSFULLY,
