As a CMDB Process Owner, I want  the CI analyst/CMDB Admin to understand the process in remediating the duplicate CI from CMDB

Establish a process to remediate the de-duplicate task and improve on the duplicate metric in CMDB Health Dashboard.

For starters start with micro certification in CMDB. That is must for the task you want to do for the role. It will cover all three c's.
