UK CMDB SIG Event register page not working

Hi

I'm trying to register to attend the following virtual UK CMDB SIG Event (https://reg.servicenow.com/flow/servicenow/ukisigcmbdq324/event1/page/landing) on the 11th September 2024, and the registration page doesn't appear to be working. I enter all my details correctly,  and accept the T&C 's, yet the error message 'Form save was unsuccessful' appears. (see attached screenshot). I think it might be due to the Legal Notice section, where it thinks there is a further box to tick, although I've ticked all the boxes available, (also attached as a screenshot)

I understand the community forum might not be the best place to raise this issue, but if anyone can direct me towards the appropriate address to help me, I'd be very grateful! 🙂

 This form still isn't working, and I really would like to attend this event. Could anyone point me in the direction of the most appropriate team to contact to remedy this please? There is no contact information on the form itself, as far as I can tell. Thanks!

For anyone who also experienced the same issue, the registration page now appears to be working correctly 🙂
