Hi Community
I'm facing an issue while trying to update the Company field in an Application Service record. When I attempt to change the company from Company A to Company B, the change doesn't persist. After saving, the record reverts back to Company A without any error message or warning.
Has anyone encountered this behaviour before?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

did you check the value is Company B in the list view or the XML of record?
any before insert/update BR is clearing that field value?
any client script is clearing that field when form loads?

Hi @VaddiR
I checked the OOTB setup, and there’s no condition that reverts the Company field from A to B or any restriction. It seems this is due to some customization on your side or a script that’s enforcing it.
