There is a user who is a EGM in the business( executive user)- the user doesn’t have a compliance case role by default and there is a read ACL on the compliance case that the cases are only visible to the user when the user either creates a case, is a part of the watchlist, or the case is assigned to them or the user gets the compliance case admin role.
According to the requirement the EGMs should see the cases of all the divisions on the dashboard. But since he doesn’t have the role the security prevents him from seeing the records when he tries to drill on the single score widgets of the dashboard to see the further details. How can we resolve this.
