UpdatinOwned by or Managed by Group on either Technical Service Offering or TMS should reflect on CI

In ServiceNow, is there an OOTB funationality wherein if you update Owned by or Managed by Group on either Technical Service Offering or Technology Management Service, the same gets updated on all CI's that correspond to either Technical Service Offering or Technology Management Service ?

The support group, change group, and managed by group will be auto-populated from the service offering down to the dynamic CI group via the OOTB scheduled job "CSDM Data Sync". This then goes down to the child CIs of the dynamic CI group. 

This approach aligns with CSDM v4 and v5

I do not see this scheduled job - "CSDM Data Sync" in my instance.
What should I do?

The script is installed as part of the baseline CMDB plugin. Is this a new instance or older instance? Have you tried repairing the CMDB plugin?
