Websphere class Duplicate entry

Hello , We have multiple duplicate entry in WebSphere class with same name, already having Name, class added in CI identifier rule but still WebSphere class creating duplicates with same name.

What all are the data sources? The following methods won't consider the identifier entries while populating the data in CMDB:

1. Manual data imports which are NOT done using integration hub ETL

2. 3rd party tool integrations which are NOT done using Service Graph Connector

Hello , Data source is ServiceNow Discovery only , No manual imports and 3rd party integration.
