Hopefully the pic shows, but it is a little blue ball with a white squiggle in it. It appears next to a field name that the filed value has just changed. Need the actual description to add it to a procedural doc.

This is referred to as a heartbeat, which indicates that the field has been changed in the backend. This means you didn't take any action, but someone else made changes, either manually or through a flow or script.
