When tried to load the excel sheet data into 'loaction' table using IntegrationHub ETL, not working

Dear ServiceNow Community Members, greetings !!

 

I am not able to load the data for Non-CMDB tables [for example: locations(cmn_location) ] using IH-ETL (IntegrationHub - Extract, Transform, Load) in PDI.

I tried to read the below KB Articles, but not getting the solution.

I have an excel sheet and i created identification rule for non cmdb table called 'location'.
When I tried to load the excel sheet data into 'loaction' table using IntegrationHub ETL its not working.

 

is it possible or not? if yes, how to load and data via excel and how to test?

Please guide & your inputs are highly appreciated.

@aravind1patil1  Hello Aravind, Location is working for IRE and I did the whole flow of testing in my PDI. 

 

The sample data is loaded into an Import set table and the Import set number is mentioned in the first step of Integration Hub ETL mapping. Are you able to select the Import Set you created in the first step 1? If no, then the import set creation didn't go well. 

Can you please share screen shot of what exactly you are doing or struck at?
