Hello @Mariano Lemus 

The event cmdbdatamanager.tasks.created is triggered by the CMDB Data Manager itself when it creates Data Manager tasks (like remediation or clean‑up tasks).
It is not triggered by a Business Rule.
ServiceNow fires this event inside the CMDB Data Manager scripts right after the tasks are generated.
