Perhaps it was only in a roadmap webinar, but I'd like to know if there is an official spot to post requests for future SG connectors. For me specifically, I'd like to have an official SGC to pull data from Palo Alto firewalls which are collecting device data and presenting it on the Palo Alto cloud sites <company>.iot.paloaltonetworks.com. This is one of the only ways we have for "discovering" IoT devices that we don't know about. (Rapid7 also is a possible source, but Palo Alto does a better job IMO in categorizing/recognizing device types. Rapid7 also isn't a great inventory source as much as a good vulnerability scanning system.)
Thanks for any pointers!

The support.servicenow link takes me to a support home page. What specific link or request should be used to submit an enhancement as Alan Akins would like to do to add Palo Alto to be another Service Graph connector?

I suggest getting a ServiceNow account as Atulya suggested so you can log in and post your request. Our PM's are required to review your request so something will be done with them. You can also see your request status, see what others have already requested, and vote what requests are most important to you. This is our main path for product feedback and suggestions.
I suggest contacting PaloAlto and Rapid7 directly too. There are quite a few connectors being worked on by partners, their involvement helps the process immensely. A large portion of SG connectors are implemented by the partner, not ServiceNow. We would provide oversight and review in those situations. As a customer of both ServiceNow and these other vendors, you can hep drive the effort on both ends.
Also wanted to mention that PM's DO read your community posts too, so thanks for the suggestions here too. 🙂
