Hi there,

On demand courses (a few exceptions, though not the one you are after) do NOT include an exam voucher. You would need to buy that after completion of the course.

Hello Joshua,

You'll get the voucher after completing the implementation course but you will be prompted for payment once the voucher becomes available. You will receive an email + it appears in your profile under vouchers.

Simple rule

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
