Hi

 

I have obtained a voucher for CSA and I want to start preparing for exams, what materials should I use to study or where do I get materials from the Servicenow site;

For any mainline exam: 

The eBook or SN training is the only reliable source of truth. Just spend time in Now learning, go through the eBook 2-3 times, and complete the labs. That’s all you need to be fully prepared for your exam.
