Why I can't create a Unique Certificate manually?

Hello, I've been using Unique Certificates for a while now, and I'm quite happy this application so far.  But I have a service that is using a TLS 1.2 Certificate and I've been told by ServiceNow that these versions are not supported by Discovery.  I get that... but I would like to create this Certificate manually so the owner gets notified when it's going to expire.  I have a whole flow around this notifications and I would like to add this one manually and let the flow work.  I know it will have some manual intervention, but I prefer that than an incident due to expired certificate.

Is there anything I can do to add it manually? I don't see the possibility in ServiceNow interface or with an import data feature (the spreadsheet comes without headers). Any suggestions?

Thank you
