within the site in ServiceNow. So, when the site is impaired, we show the relevant services with severity that are all green and OK or this service is down or impaired.

 

I want to know which table stores the history of the service, whenever site harddown happened An event is generated for the same, with that 2 alerts will be created one alert for when service becomes Non-operational and another alert when service becomes opertional. 

 

For every site, one or many services will be there. whenever siteharddown happened on one service an event and alerts will be created. based on that relevant services which comes under same site I want to show data of that in a dashboard.

Can you please explain what you are looking for? The event table contains the events, the alert table the alerts and the incident table the incidents.

I don't understand what you are looking for.
