Xanadu CMDB Health Dashboard

We have set up several Health Groups within CMDB Health. The CI Counts being evaluated are being questioned by our business. 

Does anyone know how to export the CIs within one of the KPIs, such as Completeness?

Can you follow below steps and confirm are you able achieve the requirement.

 

  • Navigate to CMDB Health Dashboard:

    • Go to CMDB > CMDB Health > Dashboard.

    • Select the Health Group and the relevant KPI (Completeness in your case).

  • Click on the KPI Score (e.g., 93%):

    • This opens a breakdown of evaluated CIs.

    • You’ll see sections like:

      • Complete

      • Incomplete

      • Not Evaluated

  • Click on a specific section (like "Incomplete"):

    • This opens the list view of Configuration Items (CIs) behind that result.

  • Use List Controls to Export:

    • In the CI list view, click the gear icon (list settings) to adjust columns if needed.

    • Then use List Menu > Export > CSV or Excel to download the data.

 

You directions work for pre Xanadu. Starting in Xanadu release the Health Dashboards were moved to the CMDB Workspace. I have yet to find how to open a list of what CIs were evaluated.

 

Anyone else have other suggestions?

@Kenneth Mogense You can access the underlying data using the cmdb_health_score and cmdb_health_result tables and filter data. This will give you the raw list of CIs that failed the completeness check — from which you can export to Excel or analyze further.

I cannot see the option to download the data in the gear icon. Pleas find the screenshot and correct me if I am looking for the download in the wrong place.
